When you place an order with me, you automatically agree to the rules set forth here. To avoid any conflicts later on, please review all the points listed below!

✎ General information about my commissions✏Please read all the terms and conditions before ordering so that there are no problems in the future. All works are copyrighted by me : (whitenitaart.)✎ As an artist, I reserve the right to refuse commission if I am not satisfied with the character.✒ I may require additional payment if the character has a complex design: color / accessories or other difficulties.
✒ You must provide an accurate image of your character that shows all of its features, down to the smallest detail. If your character's reference isn't accurate, I'll turn down the job. If this is a photograph to draw a pet, then try to make the color clear.
✒ Also, you should describe exactly the pose and emotions that you want to see in the character, and if you want, some of his features.
✒ I can send you a WIP on any process if you want.
✒ Amendments are made only at the beginning of the sketch, if the work is already completed or most of it is ready, then it will not be possible to make changes. /only if it's some small details that I forgot/
✒ The deadline is between one and two months. Please also keep in mind that I live in a country currently at war (Ukraine), so there may be delays, but I will let you know in advance if that happens.
✒ Payment is made in USD only on the Paypal (friend/family) The option to pay an individual or sole proprietor is not available in my country✏ A little about copyright✒ You can post your commissions on any website with me as the author.
✒ You have permission to print the art and use it for personal use.
✒ You may not resell, or in any other way make money on a work of art.
✒ As an author, I reserve the right to publish art on any platform for the purpose of promoting myself. / if you are categorically against this, then write to me about it in advance /
